VODmark ("we", "our", or "us") operates the VODmark browser extension. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Account information: When you log in with Twitch, we receive your Twitch username, display name, and email address via OAuth. We do not receive or store your Twitch password.
• Comments: The text and timestamp of comments you post on VODs.
• Usage data: Which VODs you interact with, comments you like, and tips you send.
• Payment data: Tip and sponsored slot transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We store transaction amounts and recipient information for payout purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To display your comments and username to other VODmark users
• To process tips and route payments to streamers via Stripe Connect
• To provide streamer analytics on their own VOD engagement
• To maintain your login session across browser sessions

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Supabase: Our database provider, hosted in the EU. Data is stored securely.
• Twitch/Kick: OAuth authentication only. We do not share data back to these platforms.

4. Data Retention

Comments are retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us. Tips and transaction records are retained for 7 years for legal compliance.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at e.c.gecer@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

VODmark stores your login token and panel preferences in Chrome's local storage. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. Children's Privacy

VODmark is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use of VODmark after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
